Hello Mr. Sam Buran:

            My wife and I want to thank you for everything you have done for us; your professionalism was beyond any I have seen in my career.  You, Mr. Sam Buran, are to me and to my family, a friend, a great broker and a magician who can create the impossible.

            We started this transaction almost a year ago, and now I am working in my newly purchased 77 bed facility. A year ago, owning such a large ALF was only a dream.  Good things happen to people that work hard for it, and we did just that. You found the ALF, you helped me with the financing and all of the documentation needed, the State licenses, negotiations, contracts, and much more. You kept the deal going even when issues came up. Besides for being a great Broker, you're a problem solver. 

Thank you again, and you are invited to our house anytime. I hope you can stay the night so that we can enjoy an evening of conversation and great food (my wife promised good traditional grill from my country) and I promise traditional vodka!!!

Dear Sam:

          Because of this economy and the lack of lenders willing to lend, this transaction turned out to be quite a ride. Yet, many anxiety attacks later, I am still standing because you made it happen! You sold our facility!

I am so happy it is over and will help the buyer as much as he will let me. He is a great young man, and I wish him only the success he deserves.

You really know how to qualify buyers. You handled all of his paperwork, mortgage documents, applications, and mine as well.

Thank you Sam, for being the professional that you are; it’s only because of your expertise that this deal happened. You know your stuff and I know how difficult it was, believe me I do. Sam, I am so relieved this is over and will now rest for a while before I turn the page to the next chapter.

We met Sam Buran of Omni Real Estate about 6 years ago when we first became interested in owning and

operating an Assisted Living Facility. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to go ahead

with the venture at that time. Then in October 2008, we decided to look at the possibility of owning an ALF

again. Because of the lasting impression that Sam made on us the first time, we knew immediately that he would

be the one to call.
 

Again, we were reminded of his vast knowledge in this field, and his efficiency. He guided us through the entire

process from all the State regulations to obtaining a Small Business Loan. Frankly speaking, we would have been
